"I really like the look of the website..."
I really like the look of the website, it’s colorful, fun, and the cookie photos are super tempting. That said, some of the pages felt a bit too busy on my phone and I had to slow down to figure out where to tap. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make the experience less smooth than I expected. Hopefully they can clean that up a bit, and a small discount or credit for the inconvenience would be appreciated.

"Decent choices, but a little limited"
The personalization was fine overall. Not bad, just didn’t feel like there were a ton of options to really make it my own. Kind of okay. Could be better.

"Cookies were okay, but the message was hard to read"
The cookies themselves tasted fine, but the print inside was disappointing. A few of the words looked faded or smudged, so some messages were hard to make out. I reached out to support and the replies felt kind of copy-pasted, which just made it more frustrating. For the price, I expected the printing to be a lot clearer.

My order had an issue, and to be fair, they did fix it in the end. I just wish I didn’t have to spend extra time reaching out and following up to get it sorted. It was more work on my end than it should’ve been, but at least the problem got resolved.

The cookies arrived in good shape, which made me feel relieved because I was a little worried about that. Everyone ended up liking them, and seeing people enjoy them made me feel like it was a good order overall.

"Checkout was more confusing than it needed to be"
I don’t know, the site was just kind of annoying to use. I was trying to check out and kept feeling like I wasn’t sure what step I was on or if I’d missed something, which made the whole thing feel less smooth than it should’ve. It wasn’t impossible or anything, just a bit frustrating when I really just wanted to finish my order and move on.

"Super easy to make custom cookies"
I used Fancy Fortune Cookies to make some custom cookies for a party we had coming up, and it was way easier than I thought it would be. I’m not usually great with online design stuff, but I didn’t really have to overthink it.
Adding the message and choosing the style was straightforward, and I liked being able to see the changes as I went. I was kind of rushing because of the whole situation, but it still came together fast. Definitely 5 stars from me

It does look cute, and I kind of wanted it to work, but... I don’t know, it ended up feeling a little too gimmicky for client gifts. Maybe fine for something more casual, just not really the vibe I needed for work...

I was pleasantly surprised by how many flavors there were to choose from. I wasn’t expecting such a wide selection, and overall they were good. A few definitely stood out more than others, but it was fun trying the different options.

I got annoyed trying to place my order. The site kept glitching on me, and adding my custom text took way longer than it should have. Then checkout was kind of confusing too?? I seriously almost gave up before I finally finished it.

"Turnaround was way slower than I expected"
my order took a lot longer than the turnaround time they had listed on the site. I kept checking for updates, but it never really felt clear what was happening or when I should expect it to show up.
By the time everything finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore, which made the whole experience frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Solid choice for a big office order"
We ordered a big batch for our office party, it was a good deal compared to other places I’ve used in the past. The cookies arrived packed well, and most of the messages looked really nice. A few were slightly off center, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Great updates, even with my awkward timing"
I ordered custom fortune cookies kind of at a bad time and was worried I’d cut it too close. That was on me, but they kept sending email updates so I wasn’t left guessing about what was happening.
The messages were clear and not annoying, which I appreciated. The order still showed up when expected and everything looked right, so it ended up being way less stressful than I thought. I’d definitely use fancyfortunecookies.com again.

"Cute cookies, but I had to finish the job"
The cookies were cute and showed up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. But the box didn’t really feel gift-ready to me. I had to add my own card and mess with the wrapping a bit, which made me wonder if the whole “ready to gift” thing is just a clever little setup to make us do the final touches ourselves. Not terrible or anything, just kind of okay.

"Cute wedding favor cookies"
We ordered these as favors for our wedding and they turned out really cute. The custom fortunes were a fun touch and our guests seemed to get a kick out of them. They also looked really nice set out on the tables. A few of the cookies had tiny cracks, so whoever runs this might want to double-check the packing, but it wasn’t anything that ruined them. Shipping showed up on time, which was a relief. I’d order from them again.

"Cute cookies, but way too small"
The cookies were cute and tasted fine, but they were smaller than I expected for the price. I thought they’d be a lot bigger, so it felt a little disappointing. Also, having to go through repeated verification was kind of annoying and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Not bad overall, just not really enough for what I paid.

"I wanted to like these because they looked..."
I wanted to like these because they looked really cute, but the chocolate coating just didn’t do it for me. Some cookies had way too much on them while others barely had any, and the texture tasted a little waxy instead of smooth and rich. They weren’t terrible and I still ate a few, but for the price, I felt disappointed and wouldn’t rush to buy them again.

"Order was “not quite” right"
I ordered custom fortune cookies for a small party, a few of the messages were just “off.” Some had spelling mistakes that I definitely didn’t type, and one batch looked like it belonged to someone else’s order. The cookies tasted fine, but the whole reason I ordered them was for the custom notes, so it was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again.
